Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Standard Shipping Times
Most online orders received before 12:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will ship the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) will ship on the next business day.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, you will be notified immediately. We will expedite shipping at no additional cost once the item becomes available.

Custom Orders

Custom Mops: Ship within 1–3 business days
CourtCrafters: May take 3–4 weeks for production and fulfillment

Shipping Carrier Delays
We ship via third-party carriers such as UPS and FedEx. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather or natural events
Carrier staffing shortages
COVID-19-related disruptions
Any circumstances beyond our control

If your package is delayed or arrives late, please contact the carrier directly (e.g., UPS, FedEx) for resolution.
We do not issue shipping refunds once a package has been picked up by a third-party shipper.

Once your item is delivered by the shipping carrier (UPS or FedEx), the buyer assumes responsibility.

Refused orders

All refused orders will be subject to a handling charge of $10 plus shipping charges and fees. We must be notified within 7 days after receipt of all damaged goods or shortages.

Shortages

Claims for shipment shortage shall be deemed waived unless presented to us in writing within 7 days of shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned under any circumstances:

Discontinued items
Special order items
Custom orders
Items not purchased directly from Courtfloors.com

General Return Guidelines

All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We offer a 30-day return policy on select items, based on manufacturer return policies.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.

To initiate a return, please email returns@courtfloors.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)number.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

Please include the following in your RMA request email:

Customer Name
Invoice Number
Product Name/Identification
Description of the Issue or Reason for Return

Return Conditions

All products returned must be:

100% complete and in original condition so the item can be resold
Accompanied by all original packaging materials and boxes
Including original UPC codes (where applicable)
Containing all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories, and documentation
20% restocking fee

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend:

Fully insuring your return shipment
Using a carrier that provides proof of delivery for your protection

Damaged Shipments

If your merchandise arrives damaged:

Refuse the shipment if damage is visible upon delivery.
If accepted, make sure the damage is noted on the carrier’s delivery record.
Save the original packaging and merchandise.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a carrier inspection and return.

Call 360-954-5986 to report damage and schedule inspection and pickup.
Claims reported after 7 days fall under our regular return policy and cannot be treated as damage claims.
