Online ordering is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week using credit card, debit card or Paypal.  This is the fastest way to get your order processed and shipped!  We do not take orders over the phone.

Price Quotes Policy

We do not provide separate price quotes, as all of our product pricing is clearly listed in our online store.

If your business or purchasing department requires a quote for approval, simply follow these steps:

1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
2. Enter your shipping address to calculate the total cost, including shipping and any applicable taxes.
3. Take a screenshot of your cart with the total amount.
4. Share the screenshot with your business office or purchasing department for approval.

This method ensures accurate pricing and helps speed up the approval process. If you need additional documentation, such as a receipt or order confirmation, those will be provided automatically upon checkout.

Coupon Code Policy

Coupon codes, shipping discounts, and promotional offers are only valid for online orders placed through Courtfloors.com and paid using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

Please note:
Coupon codes cannot be applied to orders completed using the Pay by Check payment option.

To take advantage of any promotional discounts, please be sure to complete your purchase using one of the accepted online payment methods.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We use trusted third-party carriers such as UPS and FedEx to ship all of our orders. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Weather conditions
• Mechanical issues
• Staffing shortages or logistical disruptions

Please note:
We do not issue shipping refunds or credits for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly to inquire about any potential reimbursement or resolution.

Purchase Orders for Schools 

If your school requires a Purchase Order (PO) to process payments, please follow the steps below to place your order through our online store:

1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
2. At checkout, select the “Pay by Check” option as your payment method.
3. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
4. Submit this confirmation to your business office to generate your Purchase Order and issue a check payment.

Once we receive your check, your order will be processed and shipped.

Custom Orders

If you want a custom branded product — order your product first using our online store.  After your online order has been submitted — email the artwork to design@courtfloors.com

We do not accept returns for any of our customized orders.

Artwork Submission Guidelines

To ensure the highest quality results on your custom order, please submit your artwork in vector format. Acceptable vector file types include:

• AI (Adobe Illustrator)
• EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
• PDF (Vector-based PDF)

Why vector files?
Vector artwork can be scaled to any size without loss of resolution, making it ideal for large-format printing or floor graphics. It ensures clean, crisp lines and the best possible reproduction of your logo or design.

Don’t have a vector file?
If you don’t have your logo in a vector format, we may be able to help. We can convert high-resolution raster images into vector artwork. Common raster file types include:

• JPEG
• PNG
• GIF
• TIFF
• PSD (Photoshop)

While some automated software exists to trace raster files, it often produces poor results. For the best quality, our in-house graphic designers hand-trace your logo, carefully recreating every detail in vector form. This process typically takes 3–4 hours.

Vectorization Service Fee:
We charge a flat rate of $75.00 for up to 4 hours of design time required to vectorize your logo. Please note, this is a time-intensive process and may delay your order by a few days.
