Floor Laborer: (3 positions available)

Seeking three (3) new employees to assist with our court floor refinishing projects located all over the Pacific NW. Many projects are located in the Portland/Vancouver metro. Others are spread across the NW and require travel and work on the road. Company pays all travel expenses including lodging. An excellent opportunity to travel and make lots of money.

No experience is necessary, however experience in construction and hardwood flooring is a bonus. This is an excellent opportunity to start fresh with a company who has been in business for 22 years and grow with us.

Our projects are exciting and often seen on television. It's a very rewarding job that could potentially lead into other work with the company. We also design, build, and ship customized basketball mops used by 26 of 30 NBA teams. These mops are manufactured in Camas and shipped world-wide to professional teams, college teams, and schools.

Must be open to travel and working 40 plus hours per week - including weekend work. Over-time rates will be paid at a rate of time and a half. Seeking very flexible and "can do" attitude/mentality is a must for a happy and successful candidate(s). We are sports oriented guys and our work environment is surrounded with sports and athletics.

These are full-time positions, pay is hourly and DOE with a great deal of positional growth potential.

Project Foreman: (1 position available)

Compensation: Hourly $20-$29 DOE
Employment type: full-time

Seeking a full time foreman to manage basketball flooring projects. You would be responsible for a crew of 2-3 men. Our flooring projects are located all over the Pacific NW. Many projects are located in the Portland/Vancouver metro. Others are spread across the NW and require travel and work on the road. Company pays all travel expenses including lodging. And excellent opportunity to travel and make lots of money this summer!

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years construction management experience. Excellent communication skills is a must. You will meet each day with employees, ensure all tools and materials are loaded, and travel to jobsites. You will not only supervise, but you will work along-side your crew to keep projects moving forward and completed on time. You are expected to be the communicatioin link between the company and customers. You will be in direct communication with owner of company and expected to have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Work, and Microsoft Excel).

Must be willing to work 40 plus hours per week - including weekend work. Over-time rates will be paid at a rate of time and a half.

This position will require a lot of hand-on training with ownership. Excellent opportunity for long term growth.
