Synthetic systems deliver versatile solutions that can fulfill any sports surface need. Options range from value priced systems all the way through Olympic level performance. With a variety of performance levels, costs, and environmentally conscious surfaces to choose from, Horner’s synthetic systems provide unbeatable sports flooring options.

CUSHIONCOURT™ SYSTEM CushionCourt is a DIN (2001) Certified seamless (monolithic), dual-durometer, padded polyurethane, multifunction athletic flooring system. This product is primarily an indoor sports surface but for certain circumstances it can be installed outdoors. Horner CushionCourt offers excellent participant protection through high shock absorption and frictional coefficient optimization thereby minimizing potential for both impact and twisting injuries. This system can be easily and economically installed over a variety of substrates, is easy to clean and maintain and offers low life-cycle costs. For added performance, an activity specific granulation additive called TRACKtion™ can be applied. The application of a reNew™ or TopOff™ System provides this floor with additional years of rejuvenated performance, appearance, and durability.

Cushion Court

ECOCOURT™ SYSTEM The EcoCourt System makes an excellent high performance alternative for indoor padded polyurethane surfaces. This system has many of the performance features of Horner’s CushionCourt System and is ideal for value conscious facilities. For added performance, an activity specific granulation additive called TRACKtion™ can be applied. The application of a reNew™ or TopOff™ System provides this floor with additional years of rejuvenated performance, appearance, and durability.

RUBBER ZIP-TILE

COURTSPORTS RUBBER ZIP-TILE is the newest inter-locking flooring product. The COURTSPORTS RUBBER ZIP-TILE maintains our strict requirements for performance, durability, appearance and ease of installation. The unique tab design holds the tiles together securely without the need of expensive adhesives, tapes or the labor to apply them.

COURTSPORTS ZIP-TILE

Installation is as easy as aligning the tabs and pressing together with your fingers or using a rubber mallet. The unique tab design allows for a square or brick installation pattern. The COURTSPORTS RUBBER ZIP-TILES can also be disassembled and reassembled time and again without damaging the tiles.

INSTALLATION

COURTSPORTS RUBBER ZIP-TILES can be installed easily over nearly any smooth surface including concrete, asphalt, wood or tile. No special tools are required.

COURTSPORTS RUBBER ATHLETIC MATS protect flooring from damage usually caused by the impact from dropping barbells. The rubber mats have cushioning features that protect free weight area floors from dings, scuffs, and other damage.

Available in 1/2" and 3/4" thicknesses, COURTSPORTS matting is a solid, durable mat that is easy to install. While the standard size is 4' x 6', our proprietary cutting system allows us to offer sizes up to a full 6' x 8'. Mix and match colors for a unique blend to coordinate with your building or remodeling color schemes. The four standard colors of blue, pearl, green, and red can be used alone or combined according to your need or design. Common color percentages include 10%, 15% and 20% but we are ready to work with you to create the masterpiece you demand for your floor. FLEC SPORT RUBBER ROLLS

COURTSPORTS FLEC SPORT RUBBER ROLLS offer superior durability, are suitable for both interior and exterior applications and are ideal for surfacing areas that require resilience, sound absorption, spike resistance and traction. The 100% recycled rubber rolls are specially designed and manufactured for durability. They also serve as an effective buffer against acoustical vibration.

COURTSPORTS FLEC SPORT RUBBER ROLLS are available in a variety of colors or completely black. The colored particles are homogenously mixed throughout the entire product in a uniform 17% mixture and have no chance of wearing away. The vibrant colors are perfect for dramatic interior solutions and exterior accents.Standard colors are:

FLEC LOCK

COURTSPORTS FLEC-LOCK is a step up from the standard black MEGA-LOCK. FLEC-LOCK uses the basic black mat and adds percentages of color according to your specifications. These colors include pearl, red, green and blue and can be combined with the black individually or in color combination groups in percentages of 10%, 15% or 20% color.Combine FLEC-LOCK and MEGA-LOCK for a checkerboard or patterned appearance or use one or the other. Either way, your floor ends up the winner!

FOAM MATS

COURTSPORTS FOAM TREADMILL MATS, an economical alternative, is manufactured of heavy-duty closed cell foam. The 1/4" thick foam construction is lighter than the rubber and is easily rolled for storage or transport. Foam Treadmill Mats can be used as a temporary padding underneath equipment, or as stretching, yoga, or aerobic mats. To further promote your company or facility, the foam mats can be embossed with a one-color custom logo when minimum quantities are met. Foam Treadmill Mats are a great protection for home gyms because they help to prevent damage to the equipment and floor and reduces noise. It also reduces the amount of dust that can enter and damage motors an/or moving parts. Pebbled top surface adds non-slip traction for the user and the equipment.

FITNESS MATS

COURTSPORTS FITNESS MATS are perfect under equipment in both the corporate/commercial gyms or for the home gym user. They offer an economical spot placement solution or extra protection for high-traffic areas or under heavy equipment. Fitness Mats are made from Tireplast - a patented combination of recycled rubber (*from tires) and plastic - to create a long lasting, resilient and durable product.
